Originally from Parsippany, New Jersey, Nancy also lived for many years in Columbus, Ohio and Aiken, SC. Spending lots of vacation time at the Jersey shore as well as on Nantucket and Amelia Island instilled a love of the ocean and when a move to Amelia became possible, Nancy and her husband, Don, jumped at the chance. To be near the ocean on a full-time basis has been a dream come true.

Nancy’s love for real estate began long ago when purchasing investment properties to remodel, and since then, she’s immersed herself in all aspects of helping clients buy, sell and invest. To benefit her clients, Nancy deepened her knowledge by becoming a Residential Specialist, a Relocation Counselor, an Accredited Buyer Representative, an Integrity Selling graduate and a Certified Real Estate Planner.

And with her special designation as an SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), she’s able to help as people transition from one lifestyle to another. She has considerable experience working with seniors who want or need to sell their homes and also with adult children of transitioning parents.

Nancy puts this knowledge to work with a focus on discovering what is unique about each property and each client’s needs.
