As a former marketing and advertising agency executive, Nancy has proven skills to market your home in the most effective way. And if you’re looking for a home to buy, she will listen to what’s most important to you and then help you find the perfect home for your needs.
Originally from Parsippany, New Jersey and Columbus, Ohio, Nancy has called Aiken home for the last 15 years. She chose Aiken for some of the same reasons as others who have relocated to this wonderful town: its charm, history, golf & horses, and its cosmopolitan ambiance.
Her love for real estate began long ago when purchasing investment properties to remodel, and since then, she’s immersed herself in all aspects of helping clients buy, sell and invest. To benefit her clients, Nancy deepened her knowledge by becoming a Residential Specialist, a Relocation Counselor, an Accredited Buyer Representative, and an Integrity Selling graduate. And with background as a Senior Real Estate Specialist, she’s able to help as people transition from one lifestyle to another. She puts this knowledge to work with a focus on discovering what is unique about each property and each client’s needs.
Nancy shares her love of houses with her husband, Don, a custom-home builder.
